Australian Recruiting Group was founded in 2004, with the 2
Directors having already had extremely successful
backgrounds in the recruitment industry in Australia.
They wanted to completely overturn traditional
business models within the Australian recruitment
Industry by creating a revolutionary recruitment
organisation driven by a unique staff driven work
culture.
Their experiences had seen the majority of
recruitment agencies overlook the most important aspects
of why they were in business in the first place…their
clients, their candidates, and equally as important,
their staff.
After working in the industry for in excess of 20
years and interviewing many thousands of people, the
company founders wanted to build a national Australian
owned recruitment business, focusing on a wide
discipline of role types, from entry level positions
right through to the most senior management.
In 2004 this dream became
reality.
For the Directors of Australian Recruiting Group, they
truly believe that the magical formula that successful
businesses have discovered is to treat customers like
guests and employees like people.
The Directors were passionate that many recruitment
companies were foreign owned and Australian Dollars were
flowing overseas as a result. They wanted to place
Australians, work with Australian Business and proudly
promote the talent of Australian job seekers.
