recruitment industry I thought I had seen it
all……but then I joined Australian Recruiting!
I stepped into an emerging business with a
defining culture of flexibility coupled with
accountability and some creativity. This is very
different from traditional recruitment companies
and perhaps a main reason why I enjoy coming to
work.
What an incredible journey it has been
already! I have been given an opportunity to
drive a business element and have input into new
ventures and strategies. This is truly inspiring
for me. There are no limits.
It may sound clichéd but you know you can
contribute and make a difference and the success
of the business to date speaks volumes. All

"...As an experienced Health Recruiter
working for Australian Recruiting has been
without a doubt one of, if not the best
decisions I have ever made.
To recap my recruitment history I spent 3 years
with a multi national recruitment agency and
enjoyed the variety and the culture.I then
made the move to one of the largest Health
Recruitment agencies in Queensland, I worked
there for close to five years and again enjoyed
the role but not the culture.

was something akin to moving from the dark of
