All potential candidates are thoroughly screened by
initial interview for suitability and a match to the job
specification.
Interviewing
After screening, all suitable candidates are
interviewed in detail to further assess their
suitability.
Reference and Qualification Checks
Thorough referee and qualification checks are
conducted for the candidates that are most likely to
make the short-list.
Testing
Depending on our client's requirements, short-listed
candidates can be subjected to a range of psychometric
and skills testing. Our staff are fully qualified by
the Australian Council of Education to conduct such
testing.
Short-Listing
The most suitable candidates are short-listed for
presentation to the client.
Negotiation
If required by the client, we can act as a neutral
party to assist with the negotiation of the successful
candidate's remuneration package.
Post Appointment Consultation
After the appointment of the successful candidate we
maintain a close and separate liaison with both the
client and the candidate during the three-month
settling-in period of the new employee. This service
can be of great value to both parties in ensuring a
smooth and successful introduction of the successful
candidate to a new career.

To assist clients with short-term personnel needs we
provide a wide range of contractors and temporary staff.
We can assist clients with short-term executives,
accountants, IT specialists, data entry and general
clerical office staff. All contract and temporary staff
