The 2 Directors of Australian Recruiting have
extremely successful backgrounds in the recruitment
industry and their profiles appear on this company
website.
After working in the industry for in excess of 20 years
and interviewing many thousands of people, they learnt
that:
- Many businesses did not appreciate their staff
- Employees now want far more flexibility in their
lives in terms of keeping balance between their work
and home lives
- Technology in terms of the internet, phones and
email allowed the recruitment industry to become far
more mobile and not confine employees to the
traditional office working environments.
- Businesses have a strong acceptance of
recruitment agencies and many millions of dollars
are paid to them annually to source quality people.
Despite there being a large number of agencies in the
marketplace, those recruitment consultancies that
remained focused on very high quality candidate to role
matching continued to experience substantial success
whilst others continued to flounder.
With our central head office in Brisbane, we are
building a national network of remote site offices
across Australasia ranging from fully staffed
recruitment teams through to sole operators who want to
work from a remote location. Our powerful I.T. systems
allows everyone in the company to share our databases,
company resources, communications and systems.
By structuring our company this way we can ensure any
offices we set up in an area become powerful allies,
rather than competitors, thereby giving our clients
dedicated professional teams that are coordinated and
able to help them with specialist advice in these
