Letter of Appointment
Before the start of a temporary staff assignment
with one of our clients, you will be provided with a
Letter of Appointment which will detail all the
conditions of your employment including your rate of
pay.
You'll be paid an agreed hourly rate for each
assignment, determined by our client's work
requirements, your skills, and the prevailing Award or
Agreement rates that are applicable. Your hourly rate of
pay may vary from assignment to assignment.
As a new employee, please fill in the form 'New
Employee Details' which can be downloaded from the 'Downloads'
page.
Tax File Number Declaration
A Tax File Number Declaration must be completed by
you and lodged with Australian Recruiting Group. If we do not
have a completed and signed Declaration prior to
commencement of your employment we are required by law
to tax you at the highest rate. Australian Recruiting Group
will deduct only those taxes required by law.
Bank Account Details
At your initial registration as a Australian Recruiting Group
Temp you will be required to provide us with your bank
account details. This allows us to make a direct deposit
of you pay into your bank account. Should your bank
details change, please tell us so that we can amend our
records.
Our Working Week
Our working week starts Monday and ends Sunday.
Your Time Sheets
To download a Time Sheet go to the 'Downloads'
page. For each temporary assignment, a weekly time sheet
must be completed, signed by you and your supervisor and
faxed or delivered to Australian Recruiting Group no later
than 6:00pm on Friday at the end of each working week.
The timely submission of your approved timesheet is
vital to ensuring that you and all of the other
Australian Recruiting Group Temps are paid on time.
- Please complete your time sheet accurately. If
it is incomplete or incorrect or late, your pay may
be delayed.
- Keep a copy of the time sheet for your own
records.
- Ensure the client also has a copy.
- The client must initial corrections to the time
sheet.
- Corrections to the time sheet must be initialled
by the client.

Please study it carefully, ensure you understand it and
use it as a reference when you complete your time sheet
each week.
We like to pay you quickly and accurately. In order
to do this, we need all of the information requested on
the time sheet. Failure to provide the necessary
information may delay your pay. Be sure to call
